About us

'No Slack' VLHG are a group based in the UK who by the use of authentic period equipment & uniforms seeks to portray the role of the US serviceman & woman during the Vietnam conflict.

Working closely with Vietnam veterans of the 101st Airborne, 327th Infantry Regiment ensures that we maintain as much as possible an accurate portrayal to the displays that are shown at the various historical events we attend.

It is our aim to provide the public with an insight into the lives of those who served with and alongside the 327th Infantry Regiment, and above all to preserve the memory of those who sacrificed so much in one of histories most brutal conflicts.

In 2013 the group was inducted into the 327th Infantry Regiment as Honorary Members of the regiment (HMOR). For more information regarding this see the HMOR page.

We also support from time to time the only flying Vietnam veteran HUEY and LOACH which are based in Lancashire. For more information and getting flights please visit www.huey.co.uk.

With a wide variety of members and connections to other groups and organisations it has allowed us to represent the following units
- 2nd Bat, 327th Infantry, 101st Airborne
- American Red Cross
- 44th Medical
- 541st Transport Company
- 129th AHC "Bite and Strike"
